There are moments when logic says, “don’t do it,” but your intuition whispers, “it’s time.” That whisper came for me one ordinary afternoon, cycling home after coffee with a friend. Out of nowhere, a clear message landed: pause one-on-one coaching.
I almost laughed at how irrational it sounded. My private coaching was thriving. It made up most of my income. Why would I stop? And yet—beneath the confusion—I felt calm certainty. My intuition was louder than reason.
This is the story of how I followed that nudge, what happened next, and why intuitive decision-making has become the compass for every big step I take.

What Intuitive Decision-Making Really Means
Most of us try to think our way to clarity. We make lists, weigh pros and cons, and wait for the “perfect” sign before moving.
But intuitive decision-making flips that script. It’s about listening inward instead of outward—trusting the quiet signals your body, energy, and emotions send long before your brain can explain them.
Your intuition usually arrives fast and clear, like a lightning strike. Doubt shows up right after, wearing the mask of logic.
The Fear That Comes With Trusting Your Intuition

That night, fear and doubt crashed in.
My mind replayed every what if:
What if no new clients come in?
What if my group program doesn’t sell?
What if this decision ruins the momentum I’ve built?
I barely slept. My brain wasn’t on board yet, but my intuition had already decided.
The next day I cried—ugly, uncontrollable tears—three different times. It wasn’t sadness; it was the emotional release that comes from choosing something bigger than fear.
And beneath the noise, I kept hearing the same message: “Let go so you can grow.”
When Success Becomes a Ceiling
It’s strange how success can keep us small.
My one-on-one coaching was doing well, but it also filled every bit of my time and energy. It had become both the foundation and the ceiling of my business.
To reach my next level—impacting thousands of expats globally through programs like The Copilot—I needed space.
And space only opens when you stop clinging to what’s safe.
So, I decided to honor that intuitive nudge. I emailed my community, announced that I was pausing new one-on-one clients, and prepared to trust the unknown.
The Power of Creating Space for Growth
Something shifted immediately.
The moment I made space, new opportunities appeared.
Two people joined The Copilot that same day. More clients said yes to existing offers. My revenue actually increased.
It felt like the universe was saying, “Thank you for finally listening.”
Here’s what I learned:
1. Space invites clarity
When we stop filling every hour with noise or productivity, we can finally hear what we truly want next.
2. Energy attracts results
When you release resistance—whether it’s fear, overthinking, or obligation—you naturally create energy that draws in aligned opportunities.
3. Letting go is an act of trust
You don’t need all the answers before making a move. You only need to trust that your future self will figure them out.
Leaning Back Instead of Pushing Harder
As a lifelong high-achiever, I used to believe results only came from working harder. But this decision taught me another truth: sometimes progress comes from leaning back and receiving.
Instead of hustling to fill every gap, I permitted myself to pause. To rest. To trust that what was meant for me would find me.
And it did. That month became the second-best month in my business history—without extra effort, ads, or hustle.
Intuitive decision-making doesn’t mean doing nothing; it means acting from alignment instead of fear.
Final Reflection

If I’ve learned anything from this experience, it’s that trusting your intuition is the purest form of self-trust.
Every time you’ve made a brave decision before, you’ve proven you can handle the unknown. You’ve adjusted, adapted, and found your way through. That’s your evidence.
When I let go of what was safe, I created room for something better. When I stopped pushing, I learned to receive.
And when I trusted myself, I found peace I didn’t know I was missing.
So, if you’re in that messy middle—between what’s comfortable and what’s calling you—remember this: You don’t need the whole map to take the first step. You only need to listen to the quiet knowing that says, “This way.”
That voice is your compass. And when you honor it, life has a beautiful way of meeting you halfway.
